|George was awarded The Credentialed Career Master (CCM) byThe Career Masters Institute in 2001-2011. The CMI, now defunct, was designed to validate the qualifications, knowledge and expertise of professional practitioners across all sectors of the careers community. Recertification was required every two years.|
|George is the first career professional in Ottawa to be awarded The Certified Fellow Practitioner(CMF) by the Institute of Career Certification International. This certification requires 12 years of working experience in the career management field. It is a rigorous examination of a career professional’s work by a Portfolio Review Committee followed by an interview with a Fellow assigned by the Board of ICC Int’l. The certification process is meant to ensure the highest standards of service to the client community. Recertification is required every three years.|
